An Intelligent person is always Intelligent

A Literate and intelligent person is an Asset
An Educated and intelligent person is an Asset

A literate and unintelligent person is a Liability
An educated and unintelligent person is a Liability
An intelligent person is always an Asset

Being literate or Educated does not imply Intelligence
Most Africans are Literate and Educated
But lack Intelligence and this explains the sorry state of Africa.
