They have no political conviction nor do they have integrity or moral conviction.
They follow the political wind that gives them the greatest personal financial benefit.

AGIP POLITHIEFIANS—Any Group In Power Polithiefians
Any party doling out contracts and patronage is their party and this is usually the party that won the last election.
Their allegiance always changes to that of the party in power.

FIR POLITHIEFIANS—Food-Is-Ready Polithiefians
These are the perpetual defectors and are easily enticed by morsels of food—money—and appointments offered by the enticing party to buy their allegiance.
Another group of FIR Polithiefians will use established parties to further their political ambitions and jump to the ruling party after securing victory at the polls.
