BUHARI REJECTS NIGERIA’S 2018 WORLD CUP QUALIFICATION

Abuja, October 7, 2017.

Nigeria’s President, Alhaji Muhammadu Buhari has rejected the qualification of Nigeria for the 2018 World Cup to be played in Russia. Sources close to the Presidency in Abuja disclosed to Factus; that the President was initially elated when the victory over the Zambian Chipolopolo secured Nigeria a berth in the 2018 tournament.

Subsequently, he demanded to see the lineup of the Super Eagles. To his dismay, there was only one Hausa-Fulani player in the list. His minister of misinformation, Alhaji Lie Mohammed was immediately summoned and ordered to write a letter to FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) rejecting the qualification. The Nigeria coach, Mr. Gernot Rohr was also summoned to Aso Rock and sternly warned that all future selections to the Nigerian team must be dominated by Hausa-Fulani players or he should start looking for another job.

FIFA anxious and concerned about the development of football in Africa is considering having the jubilant and victorious team play for another country.

Africastallestman as well as millions of football crazy Nigerians are watching the development with keen interest.
