DO NOT BLAME AFRICANS, BLAME THEIR GENES!

Despite the availability and affordability of air travel and the fact that African leaders, the elite of Africa, and the opinion molders of Africa are mostly Western educated and spend their vacations in Western Countries, they have failed woefully to transfer their Western experience to their home countries. Those Africans who decide to settle in the West live a bicameral existence (see “A Cultural Merry Go Round” – http://africastallestman.com). The only sensible explanation for this inscrutable and anomalous misbehavior is genetic endowment. And the only cure is by mutation over time, gene mixing, genetic engineering, or death!
