Awka, to become Taiwan or Dubai, needs an ocean.

Awka has become Taiwan and Dubai,
Taiwan and Dubai, when it rains.
With rains, huge oceans surround Awka,
But Awka inhabitants are not used to ocean currents.

Ocean currents are killing the inhabitants.
Inhabitants are revolting and demanding that
Awka revert to Awka and reject the idea of
Awka becoming Taiwan or Dubai.
