“Reluctant” judges adjudicate cases after being diagnosed with advanced cancer—Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

When you are incapacitated and unable to do your job
And still insist you are serving the public,
You are a “reluctant” public servant serving your own interests.

There must be a test to prevent “reluctant” public servants from pretending to serve the public!
