NIGERIA’S FLAWED FEDERAL CHARACTER, AN EUPHEMISM FOR CORRUPTION AND INCOMPETENCE

Nigeria uses federal character for university admissions.
Because of federal character, a score of 20 guarantees admission in one locale and a score of 300 does not guarantee admission in another locale.

Nigeria uses federal character for employment. If engineers are needed and there are no engineers from some parts of Nigeria, laborers from those parts shall be employed as engineers.

What about federal character in poverty? If there is a suffice of beggars in some parts of Nigeria, the beggars should be distributed all over Nigeria to ensure a federal character of begging.

What about Terrorists? Terrorists should be dispersed all over Nigeria so terrorism reflects the federal character of Nigeria.

Some parts of Nigeria are prone to soil erosion. To reflect a federal character, the government must excavate the areas without erosion to make erosion federal in character.

Students from high achieving areas should be moved to low achieving areas and vice versa to give dumbness a federal character.

If more people are dying in one area, the government must execute people in areas with low death rates to equal the death rate all over the country.

If there are Nigerians who are monopolists or own oil blocks in some parts of the country, the Nigerian government must distribute monopolists and oil thieves equitably across Nigeria to reflect a federal character.

Federal character must be applied in all measurable aspects of commerce, education, sports, poverty, religion, stupidity, intelligence… to ensure a united and prosperous Nigeria.
