One loud and boisterous country
somewhere in North America
claims to be—
God’s own country.

However, the authentic
God’s own country
is thousands of miles
away in Africa—Nigeria.

In Nigeria, states are God’s.
Abia State is owned by God.

In Nigeria, pastors speak
and drink tea with God.
By the bush, God drinks coffee.

In Nigeria, political candidates
are selected by God;
they are divinely mandated.

In Nigeria, all leaders,
political or non-political,
are chosen by God.

In Nigeria, anything is possible
if you pray to God,
fast, tithe, sow, and
speak in unintelligible voices.

With God deciding
everything in Nigeria,
Nigeria is the de jure
GOD’S OWN COUNTRY!
