There is sin and there is sin.
Judges are sinners.
Prosecutors are sinners.
Defendants are sinners.
Can sinful Judges judge sinners?

Yes, if their sins are different.
Jesus was talking about the same sins.
An adulterous Judge cannot judge
An adulterous woman or man neither can
A murderous Judge judge
A murderous man or woman.

The lessons of John 8:7:
If a Judge has committed, or
Is planning to commit
The sin under judgment
The Judge must recuse her/himself,
That’s what Jesus meant.
