Non-Sycophants need not apply for leadership positions in Africa.

Non‐Sycophantic Africans ascend leadership positions by
Planning and executing military putsches.
Therefore, African leaders are either anointed by God or
Anointed by the military through coup d’états.
Atheists and non-soldiers do not qualify for leadership in Africa.
