By stealing from the poor.

As the rich get richer,
The poor get poorer
Rich, so crafty that
The poor defends the
Rich and their privileges.

The poor and their offspring
Keep descending into the
Poverty abyss, until they
Hit the rock bottom and start
Cannibalizing the Rich.

A new class of the Rich
Arises from the ruins of
The economic mayhem and
Enrichment and pauperization continues.
This is the poverty cycle.
