When a Chinese Dictator loans money to an African Dictator,
Was the money loaned to the Country or the Dictator?
It was loaned to the Dictator, not the Citizens.
It was loaned to the African Dictator without consultation.
It is an inter-Dictatorial transfer of Cash and Resources,
Without any debate or input from citizens of the recipient country.

On election of a Democratic Government in the indebted country,
Fraudulently obtained Chinese loans must be voided, and
China made to collect their rail lines, asphalt, Citizens, etc.
For export back to China or to another gullible nation.
After being raped by the European Colonists, no African Nation
Should endure another rape by Chinese Imperialists.

The collateral is the junk and Chinese people, that was exported
From overpopulated China to Africa, and not the,
Valuable African Resources and Natural Wonders.
