ANAMBRA ELECTION BOYCOTT, A BIAFRAN REFERENDUM IN DISGUISE
Kanu is a master strategist. He is the equal of the great political philosophers such as Chidiogo, Plato, Marx, Mills and Russell. His call for a boycott of the Anambra gubernatorial election is a referendum in disguise. The election will hold whether 10 people or less vote in each local government area. The non-voters are voting yes to Biafra indirectly while the participants believe in Nigeria.
IPOB (Indigenous Peoples of Biafra) is not advocating violence or is it forcibly preventing Anambranians from going to the polls on November 18, 2017. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is imploring those who believe in Biafra to stay home. Non-participation in an election is not a crime. Less than 50% of Americans vote in any election, yet the US Army has not launched “Operation Vote Or Get Shot.” Non-participation in an election is a basic human right everywhere in the world except in Nigeria and North Korea, where they are human wrongs.
With the whereabouts of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in question, supporters and sympathizers will boycott the election. Nigeria’s President, His Excellency Alhaji Muhammad Buhari is popularizing IPOB and Biafra worldwide by his genocidal crackdown on peaceful agitation. He has abdicated his presidential duties, having been driven out of his office by well-armed rats. He has become more of a Commander-in Chief, than a President-in-Chief.
Assuming that Anambra has 1 million registered voters and historically gubernatorial election turnout is 70%. However, if on November 18, 2017, only 140,000 voters participate in the gubernatorial election, the support for Biafra and IPOB is 80%. Conclusion: Anambra supports the creation of Biafra. The same process will be replicated in the 2019 gubernatorial elections in Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo States, if there is no official Biafran Referendum. Does the sit home strike of May 30, 2017 ring a bell?
