SLEEP IS CHARGING
Sleep is the laziest state for a human; the sleepy brain is lazy, the limbs are in limbo and unable to move, the eyes cannot see, and the ears cannot hear.
Sleep suspends all human movements, except for the slight heaving of the chest wall and eye movements behind closed eyelids.
The laziness during sleep becomes enhanced activity during wakefulness.
What happens when humans do not sleep?
When you do not sleep, your activity diminishes while you are awake; it may diminish so much that mental and physical harm may result from not sleeping or not sleeping enough every day.
Sleeping rests the body and mind; sleeping is akin to charging batteries.
Constant use of batteries without charging results in battery failure.
Not sleeping for long periods of time, or not sleeping at all, may result in harm or death to yourself or others.
