When Supreme Court judgments are known before a single argument,
subsequent decisions are political.

When Supreme Court Justices are appointed by political parties,
subsequent decisions are political.

When Supreme Court Justices accept favors from political operatives,
subsequent decisions are political.

When Supreme Court Justices delay hearings,
subsequent decisions are political.

Amend the Constitution to elect Supreme Court Justices on a national ballot, limited to a maximum run of 24 years.
Each term would have a duration of six years and could be prolonged with another electoral victory.
Please, no Electoral College.
