We choose our Gods, but our Gods cannot overrule other Gods.
Politicians choose Supreme Court Judges, and Supreme Court Judges can overrule other politicians.

Solution:
Supreme Court Judges must represent all political opinions in a country.
Such an arrangement ensures that court decisions are an amalgam of the extant political choices.

With such an arrangement, politicization of the constitution and reversal of precedents by crooked supreme judges shall become history.
