INEC TO DISBAND SINCE “SHARIA” COURTS ARE RUNNING POLITICAL PARTIES IN NIGERIA

The Executive appoints Nigeria’s “Sharia” judges.
The Executive houses Nigeria’s “Sharia” judges.
The Executive provides transportation for Nigeria’s “Sharia” judges.
With all these privileges and more emoluments
Nigeria’s “Sharia” Courts are appendages of the Executive.

INEC—Independent National Election Commission—
is truly Independent, and acts independently
of any party’s bye laws and processes,
with the connivance of Nigeria’s “Sharia” courts.
The Executive plants moles in strong opposition parties
to create “adjudicable conditions” meant to destabilize
the parties and the Nigerian “Sharia” courts deliver
lightning-fast  party destabilizing executive judgments.

Judgements that the so-called judges
cannot read correctly in court because they are
unfamiliar with the legal arguments and legalese.
The “molar” factions with the moles are
recognized by the “Sharia” courts and those
factions field candidates that would be
defeated soundly by dead donkeys in any election.

Since parties’ internal structures and
governance are decided by Nigeria’s “Sharia” courts,
isn’t time that INEC butted out of the process of elections
because polling results are also decided by Nigeria’s “Sharia” courts.
Why Sharia courts and not courts or civil courts?
Under an Islamic government like Nigeria
the courts are part of the state apparatus.
