HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR GOD

Your God must understand your language
If you have to communicate with God
In a different language, it is not your God

Your God must be capable of defending Her/Himself
If you have to kill someone for insulting your God
That God is a weak God and not yours

Your God must love you more than anyone else
If your God loves someone else more than you
That God is not yours but someone else’s

If you need an intermediary to talk to your God
Dump that God immediately and a find
A God that can communicate with you directly

Most prayers are not answered because
Most prayers are directed to others’ Gods
And not your own personal God

Igbos solved this problem by having
Personal Gods called Chi
Your Chi is always on your side.
