Humans worshipping other humans predates Humanity

Pardon my hyperbole but it is true

Once there were two humans

One started worshipping the other

Worshipping that attains God-like reverence

Pharaohs were worshipped as Gods

Buddhas are worshipped as Gods

Julius Caesar and Augustus were worshipped as Gods

Alexander the Great and Hephaistion were worshipped as Gods

Jesus of Nazareth is worshipped as God

Haile Selassie I is worshipped as God

Sugawara No Michizane of Japan is worshipped as a God

A Hindu teacher or guru is worshipped as God

Mata and Pita, parents, are worshipped as Gods in Hinduism

WITH ALL THESE GODS, MAY THE REAL GOD PLEASE STAND UP!

WITH SO MANY GODS, IT IS DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHO IS IN CHARGE.
