Is the ending .org, .country, .com, .gov, or .edu?
If not, thread with caution
Use your browser to query the origin of the URL
Open the URL in a browser, but do not
Click on any links or attachments therein

When you open the URL,
Does it start requesting personal information?
Do not give personal information unless:
You applied for a job with the organization
The organization is trying to validate you, the user
You are enrolling with a verified service or app, or
You forgot your username or password

Never open:
Links** promising you money
Because money does not grow on trees
Links claiming you won some ikpulity
Because you never entered any sweepstakes
Links from unknown contacts on  your phone
Because fraudsters have resorted to phone messages
Links from unfamiliar countries
Because you never contacted them

Never:
Give your password to anyone
Repeat any number appearing on your screen to anyone
Confirm any message not initiated by you
Open URLs from your gullible friends
Gullible friends who believe in any Ikpulity
And would gladly share CRAP
Without opening the URLs themselves

Do install two-step authentication on your apps
And do not authenticate authorizations
Not initiated by you, usually
Involving an unannounced group activity
Such as Zoom™️ meetings and similar Ikpulities

Gullibles shall always be hacked or scammed
Greedy folks shall always be hacked or scammed
No amount of education shall
Prevent the Gullibles and Greedy
From being continually hacked or scammed
But if you follow the outlined steps
You’ll never be hacked or scammed

Close your browser and run
