THE OIL MAGNATE AND THE DRUNKARD OF ARBMANA

Once upon a time, the State of Arbmana was presided over by a Drunkard. There was also an oil magnate in Arbmana who had more money than the state of Arbmana. The oil magnate is also an AGIP*, OTW** politician and supports any extant party to keep his oil licenses.

To bolster his political credentials with the extant Islamic government of Anajiri, the oil magnate organized a group of Arbmana traditional rulers to accompany him to Ajabu to bolster his influence with the Islamic government. The Drunkard heard about this development while drinking from a 50-year-old bottle of Glenfiddich in his private bar at the governor’s house.
He was so incensed that he wanted his Aka Odo Brigade to beat the hell out of the traditional rulers on their return to Arbmana.

However, his drinking partner, Osodiegbu, prevailed on the Drunkard to temper justice with mercy and instead suspend the traditional rulers. The Drunkard complied because Osodiegbu is known to slap dissenters into compliance.

Some suspended traditional rulers apologized to the Drunkard but the ones with a modicum of integrity refused to apologize to a Drunkard.

The questions for the oil magnate who is also known to donate billions at a single event are:
1. Why has he not used his billions to order the Drunkard or his successor to reverse the actions undertaken by the Drunkard during a drinking binge
2. Does this oil magnate expect traditional rulers to dance to his tunes when he will abandon them after use?

The sooner the oil magnate answers these questions the brighter are his political prospects in Arbmana.
