C steps in to broker peace.

New Diplomacy:
C arms B to start a war with A.
After A is clobbered,
C steps in to broker peace.

No Diplomacy:
C watches as A and B
Destroy each other and
C allies with the victor.

Diplomacy is not what it used to be!
