The same African Professor organizes chaos, anomie, and mayhem at African meetings, gatherings, and events.

An African Professor listens attentively at events dominated by non-Africans.
The same African Professor organizes a parallel meeting in the same hall when a guest invited by Africans is speaking making the guest’s speech inaudible.

Why do African Professors behave differently in African vs non-African environments?
