Louisiana, a State with deeply-rooted SYSTEMIC HATISM and RACISM wants to whitewash it with the Ten Commandments.
What about an Eleventh Commandment abolishing SYSTEMIC HATISM and RACISM and EXECUTING ANYONE guilty of the CRIME?
