A happy child is a desired child.
A happy child is loved by parents.
A happy child is a joy to behold.
A happy child always wears a smile.
A happy child illuminates a room.
A happy child flutters around
A gathering as a butterfly.

As a  butterfly flutters amongst flowers
Dispensing pollen and feeding on nectar
So does a happy child flutter amongst
Humans dispensing happiness and
Feeding on human affection.
The happiness rubs off on any
Human touched by the child and
The happy child is gratified by
The affection shown by the excited humans.
