Environmental changes without Genetic changes are ephemeral.
That’s why Blacks revert to their primordial behavior when their environment changes to primordial—GENETIC.

Your GENES are chosen by geography—Environment.
GENES can also be changed by the Environment—Mutation—with time.

If GENES have not changed, translocation to the original genetic environment
Will result in the full manifestation of the underlying Genetic Attributes.
Foreign “Educated” Africans behaving as Whites outside Africa revert to African behavior on return to Africa.
