SUPREME COURT OR POLITICAL COURT?

When court pronouncements and judgments are 100% predictable, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.
When court pronouncements and judgments perfectly align with the views of the appointing political authorities, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.
When the court pronouncements and judgments overturn ancient and hallowed legal precedents, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.

When judges of the Supreme Court are mired in corrupt practices and entitlements, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.
When judges of the Supreme Court are influenceable by parties before the court, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.
When judges of the Supreme Court are above the Law, it is a political court and not a Supreme Court.

When the above conditions are met, it is time to depoliticize the Supreme Court.
Depoliticization means that Supreme Courts regain their supreme status and do not become mouthpieces of political parties,
Or political party conventions shall become the court of last arbiters as in the Political Supreme Courts.
