THE KIGALI CONFERENCE OF 2023, THE SCRAMBLE FOR EUROPE BY AFRICANS
Africans are exploring and colonizing Europe by land, air, and sea in the thousands as Europeans explored and colonized Africa starting from the seventeenth century. Africans exploring and colonizing Europe are increasingly becoming involved in fratricidal and internecine conflicts on the route to Europe. On arrival in Europe, Africans are fighting Africans over European real estate to colonize.
The African Union, emulating the experiences of European explorers in Africa who faced similar problems that were subsequently resolved by the Berlin Conference of 1885, hereby resolves to partition Europe amongst the 55 African countries to prevent future conflicts between Africans exploring and colonizing Europe.
The Kigali Conference of 2023 partitions Europe as follows:
1. Africans exploring Europe are henceforth to be called Explorers and not Migrants.
2. The Nordic countries are the exclusive preserve of West Africans.
3. North Africans can explore France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar.
4. Central Africans are hereby ceded the old Eastern European that separated from the Soviet Union.
5. South Africa has the exclusive right to explore Russia and Belarus.
6. East Africans are hereby granted the monopoly to explore Greece, Italy, Turkey, Cyprus, and Malta.
7. Britain can be explored by any African.
The African powers here gathered in Kigali on the 6th day of October 2023 have jointly approved and signed this declaration. African Explorers going to Europe by foot, rubber dinghies, horses, camels, aircrafts, or any modern means of transportation including witchcraft must abide by and respect these boundary delineations.
Signed on Thursday, October 6, 2023, by the 55 member states of the African Union.
