Preference — Yes, I prefer to deal with my Race
Sins of my Ancestors — Yes, my ancestors were Racists and Hatists
Implicit Bias — Blame the news media for creating Bias
Opinion — Everyone has an opinion on Race, mine is White
Tradition — Yes, our tradition is White
Oversight — Difficult to see “colored” in dark, smoke-filled decision-making rooms
Prejudice — My parents did the same things without giving me any reason
Freedom of Association — I can choose whom to employ, fraternize, or sororize with.

Finally, I am not a Racist and Hatist, I am just being myself — Really! Maybe, you might as well exit Earth and move to your own World of Exclusion.
