JUDICIAL LUNACY!
Corrupt Nigerian Judges are setting impossible bail conditions for “accused” ordinary Nigerian citizens. Nnamdi Kanu, the widely popular leader of the oppressed people of South Eastern Nigeria was given the following bail conditions on April 24, 2017:
* Produce three sureties including a highly respected Jewish leader
* Produce a highly placed Igbo person
* Produce a respected person who resides and owns property in Abuja
* Each surety must deposit N100 million
* Must not attend any rally or grant an interview
* Must not be in a crowd exceeding 10 persons
* To surrender his Nigerian and British passports
* Must be available for trial at all times
“On a day that jubilations and mixed reactions trailed the bail, Kanu, however, could not meet the tough bail conditions and has returned to Kuje Prisons, Abuja.”
Thank you Justice Binta Nyako for granting Nnamdi Kanu bail. Efforts are being made to locate the foremost Jewish Leader, Jesus Christ to stand surety for Nnamdi Kanu. How much interest are you paying on the 300 million Naira? Would you accept a highly respected person who owns property in Aba, Umuahia, or Rondon (London)? How do you measure respect and placement in individuals? If you desire highly placed and respected sureties, why demand stratospheric monetary deposits? Something smells fishy!
Was this bail arranged from above after Prime Minister Netanyahu’s 2017 Holocaust Remembrance Speech?:

After US President Donald Trump mentions Biafra, the bail conditions for Nnamdi Kanu’s co-defendants, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu, and David Nwawuisi might include respected American Citizens! What a farce!
Nigerian laws are fashioned after English Common Law and nowhere are such abhorrent bail conditions practiced except in Nigeria. Since Nigeria bastardizes every known human enterprise, wouldn’t it be better if Nigeria reverts to the true and tried customary system of justice using elders.
