IS THERE A WAY TO STOP THE POLICE SHOOTING BLACK CHILDREN PLAYING WITH TOY OR BB GUNS?

There are almost daily reports of White American Policemen shooting Black children of all ages playing with toy or BB guns. I do not blame the policemen! These Black youngsters are training to be police killers in the future. To the white police officer, a two-year-old Black child wielding a toy gun poses the same risk to the officer as a 20-year-old white man pointing an AR-15 at the officer. Isn’t it amazing that none of the killings involved the toy or BB gun being pointed at the police officer? Still, I do not blame the police officers because once the youngster sees a police car or officer, he/she stops the training. Since no white policeman has spent an hour behind bars for killing a Black child, the lynching will continue. Recently a 13-year-old brilliant African child refused to vacation in the US with his parents because he was afraid of being killed. No amount of pleading or inducement could change his mind. He spent the vacation in the village with his grandparents.

I hereby propose an elegant solution:

1. The US Congress should pass a law prohibiting Black children under the age of 18 years from buying, owning, carrying, or playing with toy or BB guns. This is not a civil rights issue but a lifesaving measure.
2. Any parent of a child under 18 years who knowingly conceals the fact that his/her child has a toy or BB gun should face felony charges.
3. Or implement the police reforms documented in: “YOU CANNOT TRAIN A CAT TO BECOME A DOG.” – http://africastallestman.com. If number 3, is implemented 1 and 2 become moot.
