THE US CONSTITUTION IS FLAWED

The US Constitution is flawed if
a US President can become a tyrant
with the acquiescence of Congress and
a rogue and compliant Supreme Court.

The US Constitution is flawed if
a rogue Supreme Court can interpret
the Constitution in a manner that the
interpretation amounts to an amendment.

To prevent tyranny in the US, the
composition of the US Supreme Court
should be altered so that each party shall
have equal representation on the court
to prevent illegality from being sanctioned as legality.
