When you are born—To God be the glory
When you are born deformed—To God be the glory
When you are born with a disability—To God be the glory
When you get poliomyelitis—To God be the glory

When you get measles—To God be the glory
When you are mauled by a lion—To God be the glory
When you are bitten by a snake—To God be the glory
When you are involved in an accident—To God be the glory

When you develop cancer—To God be the glory
When you eat one meal a day—To God be the glory
When you are deported to Iceland—To God be the glory
When you are buried as a pauper—To God be the glory

When you become successful—To God be the glory
When you become a failure—To God be the glory
When you become a billionaire—To God be the glory
When you become a professor—To God be the glory

With God, anything is possible, and
You’ll reap your rewards in Heaven or
More suffering in Hell
Wherever you land in the afterlife—To God be the glory
