labeled, and lynched
as animals made it
possible for free Africans
to be accepted as humans,
enfranchised, unlabeled, and
and welcomed into America
as cogs in the wheels
of American economic dominance.

Free Africans, the sacrifices of
enslaved African Americans cleared
the path for your
acceptance by White Americans
and you show ingratitude
to your benefactors by
labeling African Americans
with the same vile words
used by the slave master;
lazy criminals, drug pushers,
and baby factories.

These same attributes
transformed America from
farmland to superpower and
made America primus inter pares
in the developed world
on the backs of the
uncompensated, gruesome, and
early death-inducing labor of
enslaved African Americans.

Free Africans in America
slavery is the most heinous crime
a crime that may be unpardonable
on Earth, in Hell, Heaven, or in the afterlife
and your forebears were accomplices
in this heinous crime whose
effects may have become imprinted in the
DNA of enslaved African Americans
who may be the most resilient
creatures created by man or God.
