NIGERIA’S DSS ARRAIGNS ALHAJI GEMALIEL EMEFIELE FOR TERRORISM

1.   That you, Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele, ran for the Presidency of Nigeria whilst concurrently serving as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, contrary to section 419 of the Nigerian Constitution of 1999 as amended.
2.   That you, Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele employed painters to paint the Nigerian currency under the pretext of introducing new currency. This is an offense under section 914 of the Federal Penal Code.
3.   That you, Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele introduced new currency two months to National General Elections with a view to manipulating the Election. This is an offense under section 149 of the Electoral Act of 2022.
4. That you, Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele terrorized Nigerians by giving Nigerians one month to exchange their currency for painted versions of the same currency. This is offense under section 941 of the Money Laundering and Miscellaneous Offenses of 2007.

PS. While gullible Nigerians are protesting the arrest of Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele, it took a diligent Fulani head of the DSS from Niger Republic, Alhaji Yusuf Magaji Bichi, to decipher that Alhaji Gemaliel Emefiele is a terrorist.
