UNITED STATES OF AMERICA COMPETING POLICE REFORM BILLS

Democrats: Universally ban police chokeholds.
Republicans: Ban chokeholds on Whites, chokeholds allowed on Blacks.

Democrats: Any policeman who uses deadly force without a video record is guilty of homicide.
Republicans: Depends on the race of deceased.

Democrats: Stop militarizing police forces.
Republicans: Without military equipment, how do you subdue Black men who are as strong as lions?

Democrats: Reforms must be nationwide.
Republicans: States can decide on implementing reforms. What is good for a Confederate State such as Mississippi, may not work for a Free State such as California.

Democrats: There is Systemic Racism and Hatism in America and the Police is not exempt.
Republicans: There is no Systemic Racism and Hatism in the US Police forces as most are Republicans – the Party of Lincoln that freed slaves.

Democrats: Abolish Qualified Immunity.
Republicans: No way, the life of a White policeman with a GED, is more valuable than the life of a Black Havard Professor.

Democrats: Compliance is mandatory.
Republicans: Compliance is by withholding Federal money. If the value of the Federal money is less than the value of Black lives, then those States can keep lynching Black men.

Democrats: Black lives matter.
Republicans: Black lives do not matter.
