SOCIAL STUDIES PASS RATE, SOAR IN NIGERIA UNDER BUHARI

Under new rules implemented by NECO*, Social Studies pass rates have improved by 50% under Alhaji Muhammadu/Jubrin Buhari, Nigeria’s President.
This rule awards a pass mark for knowing half the full names of all Ministers, Officers of the Legislature, Heads of Parastatals, and Heads of key Government Corporations.
One candidate who previously flunked three previous attempts at passing Social Studies, passed on the fourth try by correctly guessing Alhaji thus:
