SOME NORTHERN STATES PETITION NECO TO ALLOW ANIMALS TAKE THEIR SLOTS

Some Northern Nigerian States have petitioned Alhaji Prof. Abdulrashid Garba, the Registrar, National Examination Council (NECO), to allow animals take up the spaces reserved for their states. This is despite the ridiculously low cut-off marks for the National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) into Unity Schools for Northern States such as 12% for Zamfara State.
A score of 66% by an Anambra State student on a Biology test is equivalent to a score of 7% by a Sokoto State student. A medical doctor from Anambra State is equivalent to a nursing sister or nursing brother from Sokoto State.

See cut-off marks below.

This development is coming on the heels of the assertion by a Northern female “Honorable” Member of the Federal House of Representatives that cows are more valuable than humans.

Currently there is an intense debate raging at NECO. One group wants the cut-off marks eliminated for Northern States so that Almajiris can be taken off the streets straight into Unity Schools for education.
The other group wants cows, snakes, or monkeys to take up those slots until there are qualified Northern Candidates. There are still subdivisions in the animal group between the cows, snakes, and monkey groups. The cow group asserts that cows have been successfully educated in Edo State. The snake group point out that a snake absconded with 36 million Naira and the monkey group gloated that monkeys stole 70 million Naira.
The cow group won, as cows have been successfully educated. An educated cow with its four-compartment stomach might swallow one billion Naira and still look normal.

“What a way to build a progressive, modern, and vibrant economy. The feudalists can go their own way and not drag the whole country into the abyss. No country progresses by using its worst building materials. Would you build a five-storey building with mud? The Nigerian skyscraper is currently being built with mud and will soon crumble.”

Africastallestman wonders if Nigeria is a zoo, ranch, animal colony, or a geographic expression.
Welcome to Nigeria where the cart pulls the horse. Why not start with basic education in the North instead of Arabic education? Boko Haram may have a valid point; Western education is not for the North.

The funny thing is, those with lower cut off marks from the north will be the ones to run the govt tomorrow. They will be appointed judges, chief Justice, controllers, central bank heads, and heads of government agencies and ministries.
Are you still wondering why some want out of this evil forest?

The above is a very graphic justification of the urgent need for Restructuring, at the very least!
DISTRIBUTE TO ALL FROM SOUTH-WEST, SOUTH-SOUTH & SOUTH-EAST ZONES OF NIGERIA WHO STILL THINK. CONSIDER THIS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY FOR THE SURVIVAL OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA!!!”
